Boat is currently getting a new 4.3L Mercury engine and exhaust manifolds installed this month by enginesplus.ca , last owner winterized incorrectly. Alpha One Outdrive serviced last year with new bellows and new gimbal bearing installed. All bills on file.
On board you will find separate washroom, V Berth dinette/bed, fidge, sink, stereo, aft cabin bed, extended swim platform.
Original Interior, no cracking or rips in seats. Very Clean boat. Rear Bench removes for easy access for fishing.
Boat has shore power with cord, 2 new batteries in 2010 with switch.
Comes with mooring cover that is not in pictures but in excellent condition made in 2009.
Comes with a 1988 Shore Land R Trailer, tandem axle. all new rollers in 2009.
